Terms & Conditions for WB403

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wb403 ("the Company", "wb403", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the wb403 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered by wb403.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager — whether as a guest or registered member — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on wb403, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your individual capacity.

• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by wb403 for breach of these Terms.

wb403 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC process or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. The information provided during registration must match the identity documents you later submit during KYC verification.

Single Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one Account on wb403. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple Accounts are identified, wb403 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold all balances, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings generated across those Accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, permit anyone else to access your Account, or use another player's Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting wb403 customer support. Your request will be processed within a reasonable period. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

wb403 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. Documents Required

Deposits

wb403 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

wb403 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Any deposit originating from a payment method not registered in the Account holder's name may be refused and returned, less any applicable transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider — this is typically instantaneous for DuitNow and e-wallet transactions.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the wb403 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before any withdrawal is processed, the Account must have passed KYC verification. wb403 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes during operational hours, though individual bank processing times may vary.

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. wb403 reserves the right to impose additional verification steps for withdrawals that are unusually large or that follow irregular deposit and betting patterns.

Currency & Fees

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in MYR. wb403 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, network transaction fees (gas fees) apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by wb403 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. wb403 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to a specific player segment.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are used once real-money funds are exhausted.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• During a bonus wagering period, a maximum bet cap applies — typically MYR 25–50 per spin or round, unless stated otherwise. Placing bets above this cap while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: operating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements artificially, exploiting system errors or technical faults to generate illegitimate winnings, and colluding with other players to meet promotion requirements. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all balances — including real-money funds — may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

All bets placed on wb403 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities:

• Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. All bets are final upon confirmation.
• wb403 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on an incorrectly priced market, or as a result of a system malfunction. Winnings derived from such bets will not be paid.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game or sporting event, wb403's settlement decision — based on available official results — shall be final.
• For sports betting markets, official results from the relevant governing body are used for settlement. Liga Super Malaysia results are sourced from the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM); EPL results from the Premier League; UFC results from the Ultimate Fighting Championship's official communications.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and account tier. These are displayed at the point of wagering.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on wb403 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform under any identity, device, payment method, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering), or using wb403 as a vehicle to disguise the origin of funds.

Tools Available to Players

Once a self-exclusion has been applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. Any unauthorised use of wb403's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wb403 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with:

• Interruptions to service, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond wb403's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment system outages, or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity resulting from Account suspension, termination, or restriction in accordance with these Terms.
• Actions taken by wb403 in good faith based on information provided by the Player, including KYC document review and fraud investigations.
• Decisions made in the exercise of wb403's reasonable discretion regarding bet voidance, market settlement, or Account restriction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude wb403's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

wb403's total aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arose.

wb403 collects, processes, and stores personal data as necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, and provide the services described in these Terms. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

All previous versions of these Terms are superseded by the most recent published version. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to wb403's jurisdiction of incorporation. Players are encouraged to attempt resolution of any dispute through wb403's customer support channels in the first instance.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of wb403's registered jurisdiction.
